Welcome to Baird Bay.
Baird Bay is a remote and isolated fishing village located on the West Coast of the Eyre Peninsula in South Australia. The Bay and its surrounds offers a range of experiences such as swimming with Sea Lions and Dolphins, beach, boat or rock fishing, bush walking, bird watching and simply beachcombing on deserted beaches.

We have many different activities available ranging from fishing, to swimming with the local wildlife and educational tours for schools or overseas visitors alike.
Now with our brand new accomodation units you can stay for a few days and really enjoy the whole experience.
Our local area has many different species of Animals, Fish and Reptiles, some unique to only this part of the world. Please take care when visiting especially when travelling by road.
We see so many Lizards and Snakes run over by cars, which is such a shame.
